2SK98 V-FET info?

I can't find any datasheet for Yamaha 2SK98 VFET.
Is there any info about this rare VFET?

If you got them from China, you have about 10% chance it actually is what it says it is. Usually it is a re-marked K76, and even then you have about 30% chance it actually works. It seems all Yamaha VFETs one can get these days ultimately come from the same source.

From what I've gathered over the years is these were the 2SJ26/2SK76 fall outs that Yamaha used on some of their organ amps.
