Hi ya'll I looking for a super MJ10012 darlington pair.
I looking for a few NOS types that exceed these original
specs of the MJ10012.

I need a Vceo of 800V because at 400V peak voltages end up being
about750V. So these transistors fry fairly quickly.
The application is an automotive HEI type module which controls
the spark energy and is quite heat soaked.
So I'm trying to build an out of distributor module for it that doesn't
have these problems.
One fix for the over voltage problem is using zener diodes but this
tens to limit and interfere with mid to higher RPM spark energy.
I thought there used to be a series of Higher voltage and higher current
rated Darlington transistors that was made, but I don't have the old data books
nor part numbers.
Any help is appreciated.
