You might consider these:

1) 1N34A (Germanium)
2) 1N5817 (Schottky)
3) SD103 (Schottky)

BAT185 can be used.
But the AA143 is still on the market AA 143: Germanium diode, DO7, 25V, 0.5A at reichelt elektronik

You can use germanium transistors as AC127 or 128 and connect them as diode, I mean base connected to collector.
