After no results on a Google´s search, I´m asking if someone know about this transistor.

It seems to have a Texas Instruments logo and a date code of the 51st week of 1974. Apparently there are 1260 of them available here: https://www.usbid.com/parts/74659B

Actually it was placed in a VBE multiplier of an old SAE 2200 amp.

It seems to be not the original device there. I replaced it with a more adequate transistor to that function. It seems someone replaced it with the first available transistor on the bench.

I was just curious.

You could probably tell more than any of us can - at least you could test one and see if it’s NPN or PNP and what the gain is. Beyond that there is very little one could tell from that part #. Those are the kind of transistors you use where any old transistor will do.
