OK so it looks like there is some RTV holding the side of cap to heatsink. When amp is in normal orientation this is top side of cap to heatsink above. Gravity is still having its way with it.
Caps are 35mm diameter x 80 mm long. Who is cap manufacturer? Looks like BC in youtube video.
Google's yur friend BC is now part of Vishay. They have a similar part. Going to check for availability.
