I bought some via Ebay from Taobao.
All components that I have used appeared to work correctly.
Some of their very cheap 31C/W clip on heatsinks are painted black to kid us on that they were anodised and the flat attachment face was not flat. Complete rubbish. If re-rated to 50C/W, they do help keep the semi con quite a bit cooler.

ToaBoa is China's Ebay and the suppliers, like AliBaba, could be anyone. Watch out for the Boy Friend hire.
