Default Switch grounds? Also make B4 break or break B4 make?

Hi all, I was wondering cos I've read here many opposing opinions on these two subjects, firstly, (I'm building a 300w D/T class amp, Amp15-XP from 41Hz) I use shielded RCA inputs anyway, should I bother with a 4p3t switch (i've now decided that I may have 3 inputs) and switch the grounds to avoid any possible ground loops, as opposed to using a 2p3t switch and commoning the grounds?
Also, when choosing a switch, should it be make before break or break before make, and what is the thinking behind THAT answer?
Thanks.
