Different packaging processes shouldn't have any effect if the wafer is passivated in the fab

Mouser sells two types of BF862- 215 and 235. What is the difference? NXP datasheet is the same for both.

7" or 11" reel, in principle same part. Actually first time I heard about a 11" reel, normally they're 7" or 13"....
