Data sheets for japanese transistors?

Hi!


Normally I am able to find any datasheet I like online, but I haven't succeeded so far for a lot japanese transistors.

I am especially looking for specs on

2SB1186A

and

2SD1763A,

since I maybe would like to try them in combination with 2SA1216 / 2SC2922 for my P3A...

Indeed, this helps me very much! Thank you !

And it looks, that the above mentioned combination of driver / power devices is indeed better than my current setup (BD139 / BD 140 for drivers, MJ15003 / MJ15004 as power devices)...
