I did some checking up on the subject. It appears that soldering BeCu is not that bad, so I made the rest of Beryllium copper.
After all, they may have some benefits.

They are at least a nice step up from what's on the market AFAIK, as they offer respectable connection, due to the fact that they're machined.

I hope you are aware that beryllium is a carcinogen and much care should be taken when machining this stuff!!!
