Infineon Power parts -- where the h??? can I get them?

I have been in the market for some seemingly excellent Infineon parts for SMPS duty.

SiC Schottky High voltage diodes: SDT06S60, SDP10S30
CoolMos transistors: SPP04N60C3, SPP07N60C3, SPW11N60C3

I don't need all of these, and am willing to use other part numbers and even sizes.

Would it not be great if I could find anyone willing to sell these in small quantities for prototyping that might even go commercial?
