Spladski, sure something that makes sound can be made of these parts, but this would be no beginner's project, and has all possibilities of failure even in the hands of the most experienced designers.
Plus, "ultimate volume" is a very very relative thing once you get to live sound.

I’m still trying to figure what I’m going to do. I have got 2 Faital pro 8fe200. They are both 8 ohm. I got them for a good price. I like the idea of a hf driver but once I bought the driver and a horn things started adding up to be out of the price range.

Since ultimate volume is not required, why not put Celestion TF0818 in series. I know of an implementation using a 12 inch Electrovoice and a dome tweeter. Worked quite well.

Well, you get +3dB from the double cone surface and -3dB from halving the power. So it's still too loud. And, more importantly: The SB26ADC-C000-4 can't even remotely keep up with the loudness. What's worse: You get a feedback, they are gone.
