Yamaha has a burning technology called Audio Master QR that supposedly produces a copy with less jitter (and supposedly better sound).

A simple ISO should do. Of course, that only works if you want an exact copy.
A CD has nothing in common with vinyl. The information on a CD is interleaved. It's not evenly stored on the disc as it is on a vinyl album. A CD does not produce jitter. Vibrations and flutter are irrelevant. They are in fact inherent in the format. The FiFo devise and buffer take care of that. Jitter originates in the digital filter.
