Thanks to a heads-up by hollowstate, I took delivery yesterday of an Amazon order of Eva Cassidy “Nightbird” . Been a fan of hers for years, and while I’d not go quite so far as some “ perhaps one of the greatest female vocalists of all time” (Ella, Sara, ‘Retha ?) - I quite liked it, but am already kicking myself for not ordering the DVD . I’m sure even grainy footage would have enchanted the “you were there” sensibility.

My Record Store Day consolation prize since they had already sold out of the titles I was hoping to pickup. Made this aging punk's ears happy.
