It's also debatable whether they sing "National Front", they used to vary the lyrics during performance for other words that sounded very similar.........
At the time period of that song, it's pretty much a given as in the lyric content that it's about political strife and the NF.. I only chimed in because as when I saw your post, the song that comes to mind for me is Bob Marley's Concrete Jungle.. I figured this was a British cover of that song at first, so I checked it out as I knew BM's song has no mention of hospitals or a reference to them..
In any event had the OP stated songs mentioning or referencing a police station, your songs opening chant would be akin to be driven home in a police car.
Anyhow carry on lol, just a stretch imo.
