do i need an enclosure for midrange driver?

i have 6 pyle PDMR9 drivers that will have their own signal coming from a crossover. the tweeters, woofers and subwoofers already have their own enclosure and are fed with their own frequency ranged signals also from the crossover.

since the PDMR9's are operating independent of the other drivers, can i just hang them from the ceiling, connect them in series without an enclosure for each one? how these sound?

No, you need a baffle to stop wave cancellation.
