sand-glass port

I want to do sand-glass, or egg-glass port for my subwoofer.
it's should be round.
how can I make it? which material and method?

Yury,

You could try using PVC pipe reducers like the one shown in this attachment.

I don't know if you will have a step inside the fitting where the straight tube is connected. You might be able to smooth this with a file.

I've seen these fittings with about a 2:1 ratio between the large and small diameters.

Your picture shows a narrow angle (30 degrees?). These fittings usually have a 90 degree cone angle.

That shape is called an 'hour-glass' in English. That might help you find it in a search.

dear saabie22, I won't do my port by 90 degree cone angle. I wanna do it round. theoretically I wish to make it exponential.

Maybe you could turn it up on a lathe out of wood? Maybe do it in two pieces and join it in the middle?

it's will be nice , but I'm not a lathe operator.
now I think about gypsum
but it's difficult either, and not exactly what I want.
