I only want to know if it sounds good, not agressive, well, sound quality in general.

The highs have a downward tilt on-axis, this should be more so off-axis. If it does sound forward it should be equalisable. There may be some diffraction but could be nothing to worry about. The challenge might be where to cross.

looks a little like the venerable JBL 2402, which I like very very much (I prefer the alnico version).
this CT440 looks like a neodymium version...
