help with designing speakers

I have finished my first amplifier and now I need to put together some speakers.

I have the following:

2 x 10" 175Wnom 8-ohm disco subs.
2 x 2.5 inch 100W tweeters
2 x 4" dual cone car speakers (70-18,000Hz) (4-ohm impedance) (30W nom)
2 x 4" car speakers 10W nom

I am thinking of building 2 3-way speakers consisting of a sub, midrange (car speaker) and the tweeter.

I need to work out a passive crossover for these two speakers.

What can I do with the 4-ohm car speakers?

My amplifier can handle loads down to 4-ohm without any problems

Trying to throw together a bunch of disparate units can barely
be called loudspeaker "design", it may work, it may not.

your 10" disco "bass" units will probably need to be reflexed
and crossed over 1st order to the "mid" units at the baffle
step frequency, this should give reasonable balance.

The "mid" at a guess should be sealed off with ~ 3L volume.

suggest 1st order series crossover at ~ 300Hz.

The tweeter will need to be fitted with a ~ 20R "volume"
potentiometer wired as an L-pad to balance its level with
the mid unit.

Without further info run the "mid" full range at the top end
and blend in the tweeter with say ~ 2 uF cap and the L-pad.

so how do I wire the speakers?

I suppose I can wire the mid and tweeter in series and then wire them in parallel with the subwoofer?

Sure... if you want to blow the mids and tweeters.
