seems like a good idea , but will the impedance dip so low ?

It does because you have such a small inductor. For this job you will want closer to 40mH and perhaps 400uF. That's about 40Hz and Q=0.8.

Your main concern would be resistance, and in following this, inter-turn capacitance. I would want to wind this one on a core.

There are many alternatives if this is not satisfactory.

Attention, this is just an simulation. How the basic data are measured (half space, in final box, ...) ???? We have no information about this.

Please try

HP = 3rd order + L-pad
LP = 2nd order + LCR

with new data for woofer
