How in blazes can you get the woofers out of a DCM timewindow 1?

I usually refoam in place, but if I have to remove one a halogen worklight or heat lamp will soften the adhesive, you can push if you've removed endplates, or get machine screws that thread the frame holes and push it away.


It's about as much fun as a stuck seatpost.

Thanks....it's a voice coil repair...they have to come out
