Hi. Im using two drivers:
RS225P-4A and RST28A-4!
For the crossover i want to make a 1k second tier crossover. I also need to lower down the response rate by 0.4db on one of the speakers. Which 4 components do i need for this crossover? I dont know how to calculate the characteristics and it will be my first and last build
Also, what would you recommend me for the size of the enclosure? Im making a front-side ported enclosure!
The speakers are pretty much completely compatible and it should be an easy build!

Try this design for size. DRivers have changed but closer to your goal than 4 arbitrary crossover components.
To cross the RST low - you need to cross it steep. To cross the RS225 high - you need to cross it steep - hence this design with more crossover components:
