It's a UMIK-1 USB microphone with integrated sound card. I does somehow let me make measurements suddenly but it doesn't work correctly yet. The "SPL & Phase" graphs are unrealistically rugged yet the "All SPL" graphs are impossibly flat. And I don't think my sealed cabs go to 10 Hz flat and suddenly decline. And making changes tot speakers crossovers doesn't make a difference either.

About handling REW suggest use "Help" menu and some patience should get you going or else google for some video toturials.
About UMIK-1 it is so that its locked as a 48kHz samplerate soundcard well at least mine is, therefor you want your OS (operating system) to also set internal soundcard to same 48kHz samplerate and into REW "Preferences/Soundcard" use same 48kHz setting, myself is on other OS so know nothing of how to do it on Mac but to get phase graphs right in measurements you need I/O-devices/OS/REW set to same rates.

I think so yeah. I'll just send a picture of all my settings. Maybe you can see what I'm doing wrong.

I have watched several tutorials and did exactly what you're supposed to do but it just won't work. It keeps giving dead-flat SPL graphs and N shaped and clipping Phase & SPL graphs. I don't understand what's going wrong.
I'm little confused because post 1 talked about REW on Mac and pictures looks like Win10 : ) that said it could sound like levels into Windows sound mixer is dialed down to near zero ouput, you need to check windows soundsystem settings for both output plus input device that its level setting is at max or there about, its also possible to do inside REW if you change marked fields below away from default then the greyed out dialogs open up for setting its numbers there.

Can you see your voice there?
I exit the room and am dead-quiet when I take a measurement.
On the soundcard tab under input device which says umik 1 theres another drop down for input. Yours is using default device whereas mine says microphone. Possibly you are using the laptop mic rather than the umik 1 (has happened to me on my old setup before)
Try looking in the input dropdown for the umik.
Also what happens when you select 'check levels' ?
