I've used this product for repairing rubber surrounds. It is rubber like and flexible when cured, and is available in black and clear varieties.

IF you are basically reattaching rubber edges to cone, many slightly elastic adhesives as suggested above will do.
Now if rubber has aged, basically by exposure to UV, oxidation and or continued polimerization which slllooooowwwwllllyyyyy makes it brittle, then any adhesive is only a temporary solution and eventually you will need replacing edge by a fresh ons.
Rubber by definition is unstable, fwiw rubber gaskets and extensions in none less than Apollo Mission space suits held in Smithsonian Institution for display, have LONG ago degraded either hardening and cracking or turning to goo ... it´s in its nature.
And we are talking *real* NASA quality here, plus controlled environment ... and yet ...
