That's pretty cool, I've been wanting to try that with my printer but haven't got my direct drive setup yet

how did you go about designing the passive radiators? assuming they are printed with a TPU or flexible

They are made from ABS with some replacement foam surrounds I bought

There is a few fixed nuts for weight plus adjustable ones

Does the speaker move around with a lot of bass output?
Smaller speakers with passive radiators at the back can often move around. This one looks stable.

Did you paint the MDF behind the grille?
With the top and bottom looking nice I think the MDF needs to be black...
I would probably skip the handle.
