Even with the cone not moving Le is lossy. You will will not be able to perfectly flatten the impedance because of this. Sure you can get it 'good enough' over a few octaves, that is where a full impedance measurement and sim comes in.

Cool crossover

Practically I cut to 5000 with the electronic crossover and I do not use any RC network.
Must there be zobel or can I do without it?
I've always felt that there must be only after the crossover with classic networks.

Passive filters of all kinds are frequency response and impedance shapers. That is their function. If one does the same job with other means, then using these may not be mandatory.

If you use electronic crossover then there is no need for zobel or impedance correction.
