1st order Butterworth is a standard filter you can select from drop down menu in either the 2-way or 4-way advanced XO plug-in. Word of warning though, 1st order filters barely do anything in the way of cone excursion control or in attenuating the driver in the stop-band. So be careful not to over drive your tweeter if using it for that, or you may hear a lot of "junk" and breakup leaking through if using for low pass on a woofer.

1st order, done well, like in a Dunlavy or a B&O "Hole Filler" XO can be very good, yielding a transient perfect response but they take very wide bandwidth drivers with smooth response.

If you are looking to use first order filter to preserve transient perfect or to keep phase linear, check out the Harsch XO which can also be implemented in miniDSP. It achieves near-transient perfect with flat phase through XO using a 4th order Butterworth and 2nd order Bessel. Usually implemented with BW4 on woofer low pass and BES2 on tweeter as high pass, but I have flipped it around and it works. Need to add delay to BES2 equal to half-cycle period at XO frequency. Here is 2-way Harsch XO from Samuel Harsch's own whitepaper:
