Hi all

I've just acquired a pair of JBL 2352 horns, would these match well to the Radian 835 compression driver? I think the JBL has a 1.5" throat, the Radian a 1.4" exit?

I'm thinking of building some 2-ways using the above paired to something like the B&C 15PS100 with a crossover in the 600 - 800hz area.

Opinions please?

Thanks

1.4 to 1.5 adaptor seems not a big issue.

IMO 2352 is too big for 800 xo.
And 600 may be too low for many drivers.
I can't find how low 835 is usable and real HF responce.
3way with BMS coax (4595 is 1.5") may be an option but ~two time pricey.
Crites mentioned some Faital drivers as usable from 500 hz..

Having seos24 I'm interesting for suitable drivers.

Make an adaptor out of an aluminum plate about 1/8" thick or so. The bolt circle of the JBL is not a standard one. You will need 1/4-20 studs with Locktite on the JBL bolt circle, and countersunk holes for the Radian bolt circle (and short flat-head 1/4-20 screws).
