Default Concentric speaker with Eminence Beta10CX and ASD1001

hi all,
here are the images of my first speaker, It's a concentric design based on Eminence Beta10CX and ASD1001. 65 liters volume tuned at 42 Hz.
The crossover is a slightly modified version of the eminence PXB2:2k5 CX.

Congratulations on your first build.

When you would be feeling the need for improvement, consider PMC-like TL enclosure and autoformer (instead of resistive, as it seems to be now) attenuation for the tweeter.
I predict faster, more dynamic and tighter sound plus cleaner HF.

Best wishes,
M.

Google is your friend. (not really)

There are speciallity solutions out there, for example:

Autotransformers | Critesspeakers.com

...and others, but I explored the PRO market attenuator and it worked for me. It sounds better than resistor.

There are some clips on youtube also comparing several options, even with Duelund resistors .

Cheers,
M.
