Rib construction, not a new idea but...Isophon Berlina RC7

[The golden mean]

I recently read a test in the German magazine Stereoplay of an Isophon loudspeaker (can´t remember the name of the model). But in essance , the way to make the enclosure is at least unconventional. Made by sections of solid material layered with material with damping properties in between it´s said to have little impact on the final sonic result.

I would have done it differently, I would have used different materials with different properties for the solid sections , made it less symmetrical with rods starting at different sections. If it´s possible; more of "controlled chaos"
