Tweeters don't usually come with published parameters like Vas because they are already in their own enclosure. Not sure what else you would need?
In this case, it appears that Vat=0.022 liters
Vat=Vas*Vb/(Vas+Vb)
The Fs, Qes, Qts, Qms specified are really Fc, Qec, Qtc and Qmc which are teh values in a sealed enclosure - all of these are related by:
(Quantity)c=(Quantity)s*sqrt(Vas/Vb+1)
If you want to model the tweeter, best is to use an SPL tracing program.
