The cone will move the same amount of air to generate a given output level at a given frequency, regardless of sensitivity, if that's what you're asking. Sensitivity will not change how much the cone moves to generate that output level. However a more sensitive driver might move further (and produce higher SPL) at a certain input voltage. But that's confusing the issue, which is how much air you are moving.
Is the cone movement, for a given frequency, the same for a 90 db/w driver and a 100 db/w driver?

Sound pressure is given by: cone surface * cone movement * frequency^2
Driver sensitivity and other electrical parameters doesn't matter.
unfortunatly - not exactly. and sensitivity isn't main problem there.
some parts of cone moved nonsynchronous and as result we've distortion and .... different timbres appeared.
there are many equipment will be able to control. we're using Klippel system for understanding what is going on during sounding - we can see process of mooving any part of cone as well as different wave invoke different effect. very effective
