First of all, I can't see any ferrite. Then, a Bxl of 10.56 Tm is enormous for a 6 inch. Last not least, 12 mm gap height and 6 mm VC heigt means its very much underhung. Quite unusual, isn't it?

Actually, it is pretty much.... and I doubt Peerless would make a 6.5inch driver that ugly... all their "square" drivers have the same "inverted?" rim around the edge of the frame.. lol now I'l just reaching at straws.. lol
