Hi,
I'm not sure you're going to want specs or even DIY measurements. Cerwin Vega is famous for loud not accurate so you won't need a huge amp. There's a circuit breaker for if you do. It's a small party speaker. Is this your thread? http://www.hardwarebg.com/forum/showthread.php?t=127747

They are going to be temporary speakers till I get Fostex FE207 so I'll be using them on my tube amp

Yes, that's an attenuator or L-pad. It will adjust the amount of high end. You might find the CV's a little bright.
