Default Anyone familiar with Weber LBK?

I recently obtained a pair of Weber LBK-400's. However, the previous owner threw away one of the four 12 inch woofers. Does anyone know someone who might have an old pair of these speakers? Or has anyone found suitable replacement drivers for these? The manufacturer was out of Waco, TX and he is out of business and has no back stock.

On a side note, each speaker has 2 - 12 inch woofers in a 4.75 cu ft sealed enclosure crossed over at 1,000 HZ. Does anyone know of some woofers that would work well in this enclosure? The closest I have found is the Dayton RSS315HF 8 ohm. However, the frequency range is 25 - 1,000 HZ so I do not think it goes high enough to crossover to the midrange.

Thanks
Scott
