ok so 12V is getting to the right place to turn it on. so you have a regulator blown. That's a factory job to sort.

Maybe you are right. But I think it is in some sort of protection mode. The on/off freq pin is >3V meaning it is turned off.
This pin leads towards the CD40106B inverter IC. via some transistors. But without a schematic hard to debug. So stuck here.

Strangely enough 3V3 and 5V are OK. Think this is the reason I can update firmware, but not synchronize the software.

Something is keeping the power supply disabled. Disconnecting the LM2586 on/off pin turns on the +15V and -15V. So power supply is OK.

Big question now: What is disabling the power supply and why? It is getting only more complicated I'm afraid.

Checked USB, but still can't connect.

Guess I will just have to wait for miniDSP support portal to answer my ticket.

Good news. MiniDSP support resolved the issue for me!

Got a file "miniDSP_2x8_8x8_nanoDIGI_StorageErase.hex". After that updated firmware with normal one and it was working!
Something wrong with the Microchip microcontroller software somehow I guess.
