Old lurker, new questions

Hi errybody, I've been a lurker around these parts for a long time, been fiddling with speakers and making random speakers for... a while?

I was possessed to sign up by an alpha feature in my 3d printers slicer: fuzzy skin. roughly textured enclosures, waveguides and baffles? How would that affect sound? The texture size winds up being significantly smaller than the wavelength of audible frequencies....
 
I think you meant to type dimpled ports? 'dimled' isn't used much...

It would be better to apply a dimpled (4mm surface diameter concavities) texture to a port via pre-processing the model. fuzzy printing is much rougher and much finer, as seen on this fuzzy speaker baffle(0.15mm layer height, 16mm opening prusaslicer 2.4.0alpha2):
