Glad to have learned of this forum as I am reconnecting with a hobby of my youth.
I was fortunate as a kid to have a couple of retired neighbors with amateur radio habits who often invited me to help build and modify radios, amplifiers, antennas etc.
More recently, after dabbling in desktop audio the last 5 years, I just ordered a Bottlehead crack kit and parts for Pete Millett's NuTube hybrid. Prior to this recent order, my last build was a Heathkit shortwave - about 40 years ago!
Looking forward to learning and sharing more in the tube and other forums.
