The toroidal transformer BV40337 (BV-40337, 270VA) has shorted at primary winding.
The transformer values for primary and secondary windings are follow according the manufacturer "Inductor GmbH" (+49-89-897603-0):
yellow 220VAC input
brown 240VAC input
yellow-black-yellow 35-0-35VAC, 3,5A (38V1AC without load)
violet-white-violet 15-0-15VAC, 800mA (16V4AC without load)
Service-manual are helpful for troubleshooting respective searching of other possible damages.
