No chance! The Twin Reverb is about an 80 watt amp but if you get an attenuator for a 4 ohm load like a Hot Plate or something similar you can pad it down to a line level signal that your laptop may be able to handle without trouble. Most of the time this sounds quite awful for recording but you never know you might like the sound.
