Help building DAC/HP Amp with ES9038PRO

So, I've been looking around the DIY DAC world and I'm really excited about this project.
I want to build a portable DAC/HP Amp with the ES9038 Pro as DAC and ES9602 as amplifier. So audio would go in through USB and go out through jack output (could be 1/4 or 3.5) but I've got no idea on what board to use! Could you guys please help me out?
Provided it's a portable device it needs a battery slot too.

I was thinking of doing something similar, then I saw the ASUS XONAR U7 and bought that instead.
