DIY balanced headphone amp?

Can someone recommend me headphone amp circuit with balanced output?

I was thinking about two different options - either tube circuit or based on TPA6120A2 / LME49600 buffers. I have found many circuits with unbalanced outputs but almost nothing with balanced output. I plan to to build something like LittleDot amp - dedicated amp with output for balanced headphones.

what headphones do you have that requries the extra Vswing - what are the specs: Ohms, Sensitivity? - how loud do think is required?

JVC HP DX 1000 - 102dB/1mW, 64 ohm. I plan to use also Grado 225i with 32 ohm. But the balanced output is mainly planned for JVC.
