I dont know if this is the right forum to ask for his, but now I try this.

I have a 50W amp. Is it possible to make a head phone output, by just ad a resistor network to the output? I dont know if it will degrade the sound a lot.
My headphones are 80 ohm?

use a 5w or 7W 100r series resistor. Take a 10r 500mW resistor from there to speaker ground. That loads the amp with 110r.
Now feed the headphones with the voltage across the 10r resistor. It will be ~-21dB ref main speaker output.

If that is too loud then try wiring a second 10r in parallel to the first 10r. this will be ~ -27dB.
