I use the 8G16 0.1% version and I can't see any real benefit of paying the much higher prices for the GG102s &/or 0.025%, etc Do the GG102 versions sound any better for audio purposes?

Also, what is the difference in sound between the Manganin resistors and the Zerenin resistors? It's pretty easy to hear the difference between the Manganin and the Isotan/Constantan

I would love to know the answer to jameshillj's question so I added a pair of 1.5k 0.1% version of each of the 3 resistor lines to my order. These can be a test set to be sent around for folks to compare, and then we can know (at least as much as ears will tell us).
We have much more than the minimum order and can probably split it into 2. If you want to wait until the "what's the difference" question has more answers, please let me know.

Perhaps the more compact size might reduce the 'noise' or something - I can't see any specs about that - otherwise the conductor properties seem to be the same.
It's interesting Paddy that Element14 here in Oz (Farnell Australia) is listing some 8G16D resistors (about 20 values) for just under A$10 - listed under the Rhopoint name - a few 5G10D too but those are A$12.50. These are the 'basic' 0.1% version.

I too was surprised at the low minimum from the manufacturer, but then again resistors aren't their main business: Prime Technology . It could be that the precision resistors are needed for their other lines and retail is a bonus?

The manufacturer doesn't list 150R as a standard in any of the three lines, so not in the table above. That doesn't mean Rhopoint wouldn't stock them, just that we can't get them off the shelf in this GB, sorry.
