Not directly. We model a fair bit because real world variables are so high we can't really account for measuring in one setting being accurate for multiple settings.
Also we listen. A lot of filters sound horrible IMO. They measure ok on a 50-50ohm setting but that isn't very real world. They also don't account for resonances very often.

Different question.. Wuerth has common mode chokes too... Especially flat ones.... From the values would one of these be suitable?

A link would be good. From the description alone it sounds like differential mode for a car, which really only works at DC or in minor, minor amounts that have to be controlled carefully.
