I am trying to find out if the THT version and SMD version can all be put together in one big panelized PCB with V-scoring. AND if my local board house is willing to consider it as a single design and apply the rates of single design.

I will talk to the board house tomorrow and let you guys know.
If the boardhouse agrees then we can expect very very cheap but quality PCBs.

I would still prefer HASL over ENIG because the doubling of cost.

regards
Prasi

P.S.Dear Pella1, please wait for 1 or 2 days till I find out the possibility.

Hi Prasi
I am quite interested in you pcb. If you use this pcb manufacturer it does not bother to evaluate if it is one or 2 pcb and consider your gerber a single one:
FirstPCB - the Best Valuable Prototype & Batch PCB Production
It also provides very good quality pcb and service and also short lead time to get to your home.
Fab

Hello Prasi,
Do you consider your TH version open source? Can I arrange a local group buy if there is interest?
