I am trying to find out if the THT version and SMD version can all be put together in one big panelized PCB with V-scoring. AND if my local board house is willing to consider it as a single design and apply the rates of single design.

I will talk to the board house tomorrow and let you guys know.
If the boardhouse agrees then we can expect very very cheap but quality PCBs.

I would still prefer HASL over ENIG because the doubling of cost.
