Hongkong Post - Track and Trace
Lynn, my experience with China and Hong Kong to the USA is that the USPS web site does not show the tracking until the item is presented to a USPS facility. Until then, you can follow the shipping progress on the Hong Kong web site.
At some point, the Hong Kong Post tracking web site will show that the item was transferred to the USPS. It will take some days for that to happen.
Patrick, thank you for doing this. It was incredibly generous of you and is deeply appreciated.

Glad to know they arrived.
As to matching data :
We do not publish matching data. We never have for over a decade, we never will.
It is invitation for unnecessary discussions about our technical capability, our integrity and fairness.
Those remarks against us we resent. Just look at this thread before and after the final allocations.
We know what we can and what we have done. We have a clear conscience.
On top of that, publishing average Vgs for each set will cost me one hour extra work.
But it is of next to no value to you, as the value will change at different temperature, Vds, and Id.
On top of that, in the J2 type circuit, the bias current depends e.g. on the optocoupler and those resistors around it.
You do not see anyone discussing about their matching.
So what use is the Vgs data when you do not know the exact bias current up front.
Sorry to disappoint,
Patrick

My parts arrived today. Very happy to have these. Thank you for sharing from your stash.
I have purchased some Toshiba 2SK2837 parts and have tested them for Vgs and gain at 950 mA bias. It will be interesting to see if I can make one these work with one of the SS parts.
Thanks again.

Make sure you use a power supply with current limit.
And a large heat sink.
Patrick
Roger that. Will do. I have a dual power supply with current limit.
I am reading your J2 clone posts this evening. Your 2SK3497 schematic definitely is calling me. I have a few 5 kilo heatsinks from Heatsinks USA.
It will be interesting woofertester to see how you go with the Toshiba 2SK2837 part, which is now obsolete. However Toshiba has a new direct replacement for it - the TK20J50D(F) rated at 280watt power dissipation for those interested.
It looks like a good part. Arrow has some in stock for $2.40 each for 10 pcs.
