Not that much. The black pcb was made a little bit smaller than previous version in order to fit within 100mm max length and get special price. However, when you select 2oz copper or non other basic parameter you do not get the rebate. The rebate is good for 1st prototyping exercice when you experiment. It was also done to adjust for easier fit on heatsink.
The changes from red to black:
1- different pcb size so the mounting holes are now perfectly aligned within 2 fins of heatsink (if you drill completely the holes before tapping). Red pcb still fit but closer to fins so more precision is needed.
2- input transistors in closer proximity to prevent having to bend the leads for thermal contact (thermal contact is more important for the USSA-3 with jfet inputs and not mandatory for ussa-5).
3- gate resistor for M2 closer to gate (although no problem has been experienced with red color Pcb)
4- removal of one unused cap
5- 2 mores holes for the USSA-3 to add components to adjust 2nd harmonic level
6- black colour Pcb
There may be a few other things and Project16 would know.
But in general the red pcb really fit for the purpose and both my USSA-3 and -5 are built with it

So I am closing the group buy right now since there would be only one spare set of pcbs left.
With 72 pcbs, the price for one pcb is 6.50$ CAD (13$ serero set) + protective envelope (2.5$ CAD) + shipping. Shipping price will vary upon the number of pcb sets (weight) and if tracking or not.
