I usually buy all my parts from Mouser. They don't have have either of the listed parts for Q11 and Q12. What currently available transister scan I use for these?

You can get the MOSFETs from here ECX10N20 and here ECX10P20.

Are the resisters in fact 1/4 watt, it looks like 1/8 watt would fit better. Thanks

Yes all resistors are 1/4 watt.
